Bill Taulbee President & CEO Lykes Insurance, Inc.
Bill Taulbee serves as president and chief executive officer of Lykes Insurance in Winter Park, Florida. He brings a wealth of leadership experience to the board of FCE. Active in Orlando, he has served as a city councilman and member of the Charter Review & Code of Conduct Commission and board member of the Community Redevelopment Agency for the City of Maitland; as well as president and board member, Art & History Museums; board member of United Arts of Central Florida and board member of the business caucus of the Florida Chamber of Commerce. In Tampa, he was a member of the board of Children’s Museum of Tampa and University of Tampa board of counselors, as well as a member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Hillsborough County Special Olympics and Independent Insurance Agents of Greater Tampa.
Conner Griffin Real Estate Consultant
Conner Griffin currently works as a Real Estate Consultant. He has had 5 years of experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Financing. He previously had a 15 year successful career in product, artist, and business management in the Christian Music Industry in Nashville, TN. Conner and his wife decided to make the move back home to Florida so his young daughter and son would be close to family and they currently help support about 10 different mission and non-profit organizations.

Garland Gould currently serves as Director of Development at Orangewood Christian School in Maitland, FL. After a successful 15 year career in sales, he began to build a new career in non-profit development and planned giving. He has served major donors at The In Touch Foundation, Campus Crusade for Christ and Pioneers and served as the inaugural President of NCF Orlando, where he currently serves on the Advisory Board. Garland also serves on the Board of NINE12 Ministries and holds the CFP® designation as well as the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation.
Ron Johnson Founder of Bethel College, Senior Pastor of One Church
Ron Johnson is a pastor, missionary, church planter and ministry overseer with a passion to see the local church thrive. After having lived and served as missionaries to Europe, Ron returned to the U.S. to pastor Bethel Temple in Hampton, Virginia for 16 years. It was during this time that he founded and served as Chancellor of Bethel College, a four-year accredited college. Ron is currently the Senior Pastor of One Church in metro-Orlando, a multi-site church with several growing congregations scattered throughout Central Florida. Having ministered in more than 60 nations, he continues to travel both domestically and internationally in leadership training. Amongst his other duties, Ron serves on several business and ministry boards. He and his wife Sandy have been blessed with four sons, four beautiful daughters-in-law and 9 adorable grandchildren.

Mitch Schrenk Financial Advisor at UBS
Mitch is a financial advisor with UBS, working with The LeMasters Schrenk Group in Winter Park. He has been in the industry since 1983 and has the CFP® and CIMA® designations.
Mitch grew up in Perry, Florida and attended the University of Florida, graduating with a bachelor of science in chemistry. He has served on the board of Children’s Home Society of Central Florida and The Mustard Seed. He and his wife, Rhonda were also founding members of University Carillon United Methodist Church in Oviedo.
Mitch and Rhonda have been married for over 40 years and enjoy spending time with their three married children, their spouses and five grandchildren.
