Vice President of Strategic Partnerships


LOCATION: ORLANDO, FL

REPORTS TO: DAVE GREEN, CEO

AREAS OF INTEREST: NATIONAL SALES, PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, CLIENT RELATIONS, MARKETING, MANAGEMENT AND RETENTION

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet organizational objectives, as well as develop and implement strategic sales plans that will promote growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. This role is responsible for bringing in new business, developing our current partners/clients and will work directly with the CEO to meet overall organizational objectives.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

First And Foremost, Empowering, Mobilizing, And Connecting With PEOPLE.
  • Develop National Annual Sales Plan In Support Of Organization Strategy And Objectives
  • Direct Implementation And Execution Of Sales Infrastructure, Policies And Practices
  • Manage Multiple Channels Of Selling Strategies
  • Build, Develop And Manage Sales Team Capable Of Carrying Out Needed Sales Initiatives
  • Define And Coordinate Sales Training Programs That Enable Staff To Achieve Their
  • Potential And Support Company Sales Objectives
  • Build A Robust Portfolio Of New, Reliable Clients/Partners Using Your Existing Network,
  • As Well As Feeding Children Everywhere’s Network
  • Utilizing Multiple Methods Of Bringing In New Business
    • Calls
    • Meetings
    • Networking Events
    • Speaking Engagements
    • Etc.
  • Provide Detailed And Accurate Sales Forecasting And Reporting
  • Manage Key Client Relationships And Participate In Closing Strategic Opportunities
  • Travel For In-Person Meetings With Clients/Partners And To Develop Key Relationships
  • Implementing And Maintaining A Successful Retention Program

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ Years Experience In Senior Level Sales Role
  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • National Account Sales Experience And A Track Record Of Success
  • Experience In Strategic Planning And Execution
  • Extensive Knowledge In Negotiating And Contracting
  • Excellent Written, Verbal And Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability To Empower And Motivate Sales Teams To Produce Results
  • Ability To Travel 15-20%
