Territory Account Relationship Manager

HOURS: Full Time (40 hours)

Position Summary:

Feeding Children Everywhere (FCE Orlando) is a rapidly-growing, fast paced non-profit organization with a unique and healthy approach to ending world hunger. Reporting to and in partnership with the CEO, the Territory Account Relationship Manager will research and analyze the strategic business direction and needs of each assigned account to determine how Feeding Children Everywhere can best align itself as a partner for all current and future philanthropic needs of the account.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop, present and utilize innovative marketing plans and coordinate and work with internal partners in an effort to meet the needs of each account
  • Determine, prepare and present the appropriate “FCE Programs Package” to each account and review how FCE can add value and help with each account’s needs
  • Regularly exercise independent judgment and discretion when interacting with all accounts and determining program offerings
  • Regularly exercise independent discretion and judgment to determine whether a potential partner qualifies to do business with FCE, as well as negotiating transaction terms, conditions and values for each existing and new account
  • Function independently with limited supervision in performing all job duties and responsibilities including negotiating terms, values and other terms and conditions for each accounts
  • Regularly provide solutions in meeting the unique philanthropic needs of individual partners
  • Evaluate and determine the appropriate marketing and promotional approaches to grow each account
  • Coordinate and lead activities, and communication between each account and FCE’s business departments to achieve appropriate solutions, respond to customer’s needs and coordinate sales
  • Proactively interact with each account on a regular and ongoing basis, utilizing a wide array of available communication channels, to maximize sales with FCE through all of programs


  • History of managing national accounts with track record of success
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build external relationships
  • Be self-motivated and disciplined to initiate client visits and sales calls to meet sales goals
  • Ability to build, motivate, work within and manage a team to accomplish goals
  • Experience planning, coordinating and leading events and projects
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Feeding Children Everywhere
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary to attend meetings or programmatic events
  • Knowledge of the Central Florida community (preferred)

Education/Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales with a proven history of success
  • BA/BS in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field required
  • MBA (preferred)
