Project 3 Update

Feeding Children Everywhere is excited that Project 3 will be starting this Saturday, August 25 through Thursday, August 30th. Please see the information below about the event and things you will need to know:

WEATHER – We are fully prepared for any inclimate weather and event activities will still occur rain or shine. Please feel free to drop off people at the Nebraska Avenue entrance and we will provide ponchos for those walking from the parking garage.

PARKING/DIRECTIONS – Please CLICK HERE for parking instructions, directions (ways around street closures) and a map of the event. Through the generosity of the City of Tampa, parking fees in the garage were cut in half and all-day parking will only cost $5 cash per car. We suggest you carpool with a group.

WATER – Water will be provided at the event for all volunteers.

PURSES/BAGS – There will be space under each assembly line for purses and bags. There will also be an opportunity to purchase TShirts at the event.

ATTIRE – Please be mindful of the August heat and wear comfortable, lightweight clothes. Please wear closed toed shoes.

Lastly, don’t forget to bring your tickets for entry to the event and we also suggest that with parking and walking from the garage, that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled shift.
